The Aquadose Q Dose & AQ Dose Fixed Site Dosing Skids
The Aquadose fixed site ‘SKID’ based Q and AQ Sodium Hypochlorite Dosing systems are designed to meet requirements for residual chlorine boosting at remote locations in the water distribution network, such as Service Reservoirs & Pumping Stations.
The Q Dose systems are designed to provide straightforward flow proportional dosing within a suitable bunded enclosure with a marshalling box to house digital and analogue signals and telemetry alarms.
The more comprehensive AQ Dose systems use the Flow Proportional signal as primary dosing control with Residual Trim control available through the Dual Validation Chlorine analysers and V-Series Dosing Controller.
Data logging and graph trend data is available either onboard for USB download or through the remote access using water industry telemetry outstation or GSM.

Location, Dosing Parameters, Water &, Dose Chemical usage with Graph Data for Dose Pump Speed, Chlorine Residual and Water Plant Flow trends.
Data Cloud Storage
Auditable dosing data is recorded and stored both onboard and via a secure cloud storage.

Chemical Carboy / Stock Tanks Low, Low-Low & Empty / Dose Pump Failure / Bund Fill / Plant Flow / Cl2 Residual.

Designed for easy operator use for full ‘hands off’ control and monitoring. with remote to site access if required.
Automated Dilution
Management of the stock dose chemical dilution batching is also available if required.
Dose Pumps and Carrier Water Pumps Management
The schedule and control management of the Dosing Pumps operation is also included within the V-Series interface along with carrier water pump management, if required.
All Component Fittings, Materials, Solvent Cements and Adhesives used within the manufacture of the Aquadose range of equipment are WRAS Approved and compliant with DWI LIST OF APPROVED
PRODUCTS for use in Public Water Supply in the United Kingdom.

A Chlorine High Dose Inhibit can also be used with a contact relay from a suitable Post Dose Analyser. An Aquadose HMI Dosing Controller can also be supplied with the Q Dose systems to provide additional functions. |
